DELIVERY OF KEYS, PAYMENTS AND DEPOSIT
The total payment of the transfer must be made before the delivery of the keys (or at the same time in cash, once visited and giving the approval to the farm) or (at least five days before the arrival date, if wish to do it by bank transfer) without discounting the deposit / bond to respond to possible deterioration of the furniture and / or utensils, facilities, and equipment of the house. The introduction of furniture, sound equipment and the like in the house is not allowed, as well as changes in the situation of the furniture and the realization of any type of work.
The use of the house or its surroundings for any type of activity other than that agreed is not allowed. The pool is circular 4.50m by 1.20m deep and the outdoor Jacuzzi is 2.00m in diameter by 0.70m deep.
The swimming pool is usable as a general rule in the period between June 1 and September 30, both inclusive.
